Settlement Process
Basically, the process of settling capital market transactions is adjusted to the market where the transaction takes place.
- Regular market: T+2 (transaction date + 2 days later)
- Cash market: T+0
- Negotiated market: depends on the result of negotiation between the seller and the buyer
When a transaction occurs, the delivery and payment of goods must be settled through PT. KPEI and PT. KSEI. All capital market securities transactions are guaranteed by KPEI except those in the Negotiated Market, as they are based on the agreement between the seller and the buyer.
