What is a rights issue?
Right issue is one form of increasing the paid-in capital of a company. In a rights issue, the company offers rights to existing shareholders to obtain new shares, which of course means depositing capital with a certain ratio. If the shareholder does not take his rights, then he can sell his rights to other investors. Thus, the capital market is also known as trading rights. So "hak" is the right given to old shareholders to first buy newly issued shares with the aim that old shareholders are given the opportunity to maintain their percentage of ownership in a company.
